		<description>Melting the chocolate and heating the graham crackers in foil is going to be messy.  Most people I know toast the marshmallow and then squash it between the graham crackers/chocolate.  You can also use a couple of cookies if you really want decadent S&#039;mores.  With a Dutch oven, you can bake anything that would bake at home, including fresh bread, pizza, sweet rolls, biscuits, cakes and breakfast quick breads.  Foil dinners are easy and require very little in the way of utensils.  In fact, LOTS of things can be cooked over an open fire/coals with minimal equipment...which means minimal CLEANUP!</description>
