Tony took us to his office and showed us pictures of how the park looked initially and the changes that have taken place. He also told us of plans to put phone lines in to some of the sites. This made us happy, as it is one of our causes as we travel.
Mike took off to take pictures of the park. When he came back, he told me about a new game he had found called "clankers". The park sells sets of the game in the store and there is even a website about the game. I went to cleaning the motorhome for our stay in the Southland.
The pool was inviting but Mike decided to ignore the chilly evening air and went to the hot tub, instead. He also enjoyed part of a movie on the large screen TV and even played some of the pinball games in the clubhouse, which is called the Town Hall. Coffee was available in the lobby and there was a store, where Mike bought us ice cream again (JUST what we needed!).

The sites were all level and paved, with grassy areas in between, and each had cable TV available. A modem friendly park, there is a phone in the lobby that allows for checking email. There was a Food for Less grocery store next to the park that proved handy as Mike ran over to get more Pepsi.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.....a perfect end to our Winter Tour! Give them a call and when you make YOUR reservations, be sure to tell them Cruising America said Hi!
