Destiny's McIntyre RV Resort
Blythe, California

Seven miles from Riviera Destiny is another part of the Destiny chain. It doesn't have pools, large community building or a golf course. There are no scheduled activities. But there is also no noise, congestion or traffic. It is perfect for those that really want to get away from it all.
We were escorted to our site, which was level and grassy and had a picnic table, as did all the sites. There was no phone and no cable TV......but it was certainly a nice change for us. Located right on the river, the peaceful scenery of the mountains in the background and everyone there had plenty of space to call their own. This park is home to rare birds and provides maximum serenity. It would make a great retreat for individuals or groups.

One camper told us he has been coming to the park for the last 20 years. The reason he chose this park over and over was because it is quiet. He chooses to stay here only in the winter as it becomes more populated in the summer. Both Destiny Blythe Resorts are perfect spots for the summer activities on the great Colorado River.
Thirty new sites were being constructed while we were there.......in preparation for the summer onslaught of those folks who love river sports!
