We toured the four bedroom log cabin home which is all B&B. Glenda lives in the home next door. We chose the Honeymoon suite. It had a queen bed, TV/VCR, private bath and private common area, with lots of books and magazines. In the bath was a big jacuzzi tub and special handmade soaps and bath salts. Glenda makes the soaps at the B&B and has them for sale, along with many handicrafts from local artists.

The huge common area of the B&B boasted a stone fireplace, sofas, stereo and telephone for guest use. There is a small porch in the back and veranda along the front that overlooks the pastures. Upstairs is also a balcony, accessible from the hallway connecting the two suites. There is lots of seating to enjoy the evening breezes.
After our tour, we met Chantel, Glenda's daughter that she said helps keep her straight and is helpful with chores around the B&B. She also helped Glenda prepare dinner for us! This was a treat that we really! It included beef raised right there on the ranch, salad, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob and hot homemade biscuits!

The next morning we were served delicious strawberry & cream cheese stuffed French toast, grapes, sausage patties, orange juice, coffee and tea. We were set for the day!
Glenda led us to Blackwell for our seminar on Internet advertising (held at the Blackwell Chamber of Commerce office) and then stayed for the meeting. We went to lunch afterwards at a local restaurant just a block away from the Chamber offices.
