How about a quiet, peaceful park located within steps of the Gulf? Jenny was outside waiting for us when we arrived and warmly greeted us. We talked a few minutes and then she showed us to our site for the night. It was level, grassy and facing into the welcome breeze off the water.

We found a small but nice park that is pet friendly, has 30 & 50 amp service and was modem friendly! (They will be in next year's book of modem friendly parks).

If you are a fisherman, it is perfect. They have an agreement with the marina across the street to use their boat launches for putting boats in.

The owners/managers live on-site and when a water spout was spotted nearby, they made a point of stopping by each RV and letting everyone know to expect some high winds. The concern and care for their guests was evident everywhere. The park is close to shopping and we made the short drive to pick up some videos at the Hollywood Video. Cindy made my favorite...tacos...and everything was right with the world as we settled in to a quiet evening of movies. I remember feeling so "At Home" here, after just a couple of hours. Another tribute to Jenny and her parents, co-owners of the park.
