Lake Bomoseen Campground Bomoseen, Vermont We arrived at Lake Bomoseen Campground just barely ahead of another day of rain. Luckily, we were scheduled for two days at the park and the weather was beautiful the second day -- we actually got a chance to cook dinner on the grill! The shis-ka-bobs were just right. Now this was CAMPING!!! The campground sites are all set in the woods around Lake Bomoseen with complete hookups and pull-through sites available. There are marine and RV rentals, sales and service available on-site. The boat launch was easily accessible. A swimming pool and hot tub seemed to be the highlight for all the children and most of the campers visiting. Each RV site has a picnic table and fire ring and the sites were level and spacious. In the park is a game room, laundry, very well equipped camp store, the Doll Shop for all you collectors out there. The two bathrooms/showers facilities are clean, well maintained and well placed to be easily accessible from any site in the park. It also impressed us with the way the people that had been hired as staff had answers to all of our questions and went out of their way to do little things that made the camper's stay both more convenient and comfortable. The owners have taken the time to teach the staff the campground and problem solving ahead of time and it was apparent throughout the park.
