Riverpark RV Resort

Riverpark RV Resort
Grants Pass, Oregon

Flery Manor organized for us to swing across town and cover a great campground. As we pulled in the first thing we noticed was how neat and clean the park was. A light rain had made the fresh-cut grass smell even better. Throughout the park were sculptures by the artist-owner of this quiet campground. We made our way to space #14 and settled in for the evening. The weather kept breaking between rainy and sunny.

Owner George Mullen loves to do wood and metal work.

Green grass, with shade trees and 20 sites along the Rogue River on 700 feet of water frontage awaited us. Terry, George's wife, told us they've been here 8 1/2 years. Another nice thing they had done to try and get campers to congregate was to build a large "common area" near the office. There was a fire pit and lots of benches and tables. There was a pay phone -- one with a dataport --, soda machines and newspapers.

The campground offers cable TV, picnic tables at every site, a tennis court and spotless bathrooms with hot showers. The laundry room worked out great for the three loads I did while Cindy worked on listings that had come in this morning. There were even a couple of ducks that kept coming back from the river to check us out. They leisurely waddled about the park while Lexxus watched with extreme interest!

So, when looking for a great fishing spot while in Grants Pass,
check out Riverpark RV Resort, get a spot on the river
and tell them we sent you!!!
